At Rent a Design LLC, we strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel a scheduled staging. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations are handled.
2. Cancellation Request Submission
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected].
- Cancellation requests must be received at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled staging date and time.
3. Cancellation Fee
- A cancellation fee of $250 will be charged for all cancellations made within the specified time frame.
- The fee covers administrative costs and the potential loss of business.
4. Late Cancellations
- If a cancellation request is received less than 48 hours before the scheduled staging, the full amount of the staging fee will be charged.
5. Refunds
- Refunds for cancellations made within the specified time frame will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- The $250 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Rescheduling
- Clients may choose to reschedule instead of canceling. Rescheduling requests must also be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled staging.
- There is no fee for rescheduling, provided the new date is within 30 days of the original staging date.
